against all odds
(Typed on phone while waiting for my turn to come to see doctor)Has been sitting here for half an hour but I think theres still a long way to go till my turn comes. Well, sometimes its good relaxation to sit and watch people and time pass by. I mean its a total waste of time but I believe its okay. Well anyway today's conference was awesome. Extremely inspiring, really. Although my mind drifted away at a point of time, I did managed to absorb things I have to learn. After this conference I am so much clearer of my direction and am motivated to complete this remaining 4months as an ahp more efficiently. Anyway had used to believe strongly in passion. But somehow, half way through I went off track. (It was when seniors left seeoh and when the 13th board just took over) Everything was practically in a huge mess in my life and I guess I just thought I should really forget about whatever thats called passion for music or anything else for the time being because what was important at that moment was to achieve balance in all my commitments. Sadly when things finally went into place months later, Ive totally lost that kinda drive I used to have for things. So I hope after this seminar I attended today and through the preparation for syf I will grow, and really focus and achieve results that Ive always been wishing for. |
